DART LEAGUE GUIDE LINES

BY-LAWS & REGULATIONS

1. The League shall be non-profit, non-stock organization

2. The objective shall be to stimulate interest on a local level while promoting sportsmanship, goodwill and unity among league players.

3. To provide rules, methods, scoring procedures, and statistics necessary to promote the competitive spirit through a structured organization.

4. To provide a system of accountability for league funds and recognition of both Team and Individual accomplishments.

5. To provide a system of Association, State and Local Tournaments for league players.

LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVE

The League Representative will be decided by SRA from a list of candidates submitted by the players in that league.

The duties and responsibilities of the League Representative will be: A) Serve as a liaison between the players and SRA,  B) Submit protests presented to her/him by a team captain (see protest procedure) C) Settle disputes  between teams that might occur during a match. D)  Collect and deposit all league monies and have available all account balances (income/expense) for any team captain requesting in writing such information. E) Distribute league statistics to all locations
